👋 In this workshop you’ll learn:

✅ How to measure distances between 2 internal holes 📏
✅ How to design a part with a special internal structure to boost strength 💪

🖊️ Step 1: Sketch & Dimensions

As always, we start with a simple sketch ✏️
🔹 We draw the idea
🔹 We add all the dimensions
🔹 That way, when we move into Fusion, we’ll know exactly what we’re doing!

🔍 Intro to the Caliper

Since this is one of our first workshops, we’ll also learn how to use a caliper:

📐 You'll learn how to measure:

• External diameters

• Internal diameters

• Depth, using the tail of the caliper

💡 Also:

• How to zero it out properly

• How to re-measure without needing to do any calculations! ✨

🧠 Fusion 360: Dimensioning Techniques

Once the sketch is done on paper, we’ll bring it into Fusion 360 💻
Here, we’ll apply:

🧮 Advanced techniques like:

• Setting fixed distances between holes

• Using formulas to ensure maximum precision

• Proper use of constraints ✍️

🧱 Extrude with Purpose – Not Randomly!

This is where the magic begins... 🪄
Instead of making just one part, we’ll create 6 separate components!

🎯 Why?
To “force” the slicing software to create more perimeters in the areas that really matter 💡

This will:
🔸 Boost the strength of your part
🔸 Create a smart internal structure
🔸 It's something few people do – but you will learn it from the start! 🤓

🖨️ Final Step: Print in Bambu Studio

To wrap it all up, we’ll bring the model into Bambu Studio
🎯 There, we’ll:

• Set up the print

• But we won’t need to tweak much – because most of the heavy work was done in Fusion! 💪

💡 Bonus Tip:
This technique is like a "cheat code" for 3D printing 🎮
