Fan Temperature Control 2 3 Wire EL-0021

Programming
In order to be able to program the specific thermostat, we must first understand the reason for the existence of the specific component, as well as the logic with which it is programmed
So the goal of this particular thermostat is to provide an economical solution to controlling a fan to cool a system.   The fan is controlled by a pwm pulse, this means that it has the ability to increase, decrease, but also stop the fan speed
this helps us to reduce the noise from the operation of the fan as well as the longer life of the fan as it stops working When there is no reason to cool the system being controlled.
To achieve this it needs three pieces of data the first piece of data is how it will control the fan if it will stop the fan when the target temperature is reached or if we want it to be continuously running the second piece of data needed is the target temperature the temperature target is the temperature we want the fan to start spinning the third data we need is the maximum operating temperature where the fan will work at full power
To program the thermostat we will follow the following three simple steps
in the first step we will set up how it works
While we have removed the power supply I press the button on the bottom left and then we give power to the thermostat continue to press the button until one of the lights on the top of it starts to blink.   After it starts flashing we release the button and then by pressing the button once we can choose one of the three options below.
1. In option 1 the thermostat at the target temperature will set the fan to the lowest possible speed and not turn it off
2. In option 2 the thermostat will turn off the fan when the temperature drops 2 degrees below the target temperature
3. In option 3 the thermostat will turn off the fan when the temperature drops 5 degrees below the target temperature
by pressing the button we choose one of the three options corresponding to one of the three lights that the thermostat has on, when we select the desired function we wait 20 seconds and then the thermostat returns to its normal function and saves the setting.

After we have completed the function selection for how the thermostat will manage the temperature we now need to set the target temperature as well as the maximum operating temperature to do this we follow the following two steps.
While the thermostat is on we press and hold the setting button until the lights start flashing quickly then double click we go down the setting and single click we go up the setting from in the photo above you can see in the middle panel the seven temperature options we have for the target temperature.
After choosing the target temperature Next we must choose the maximum operating temperature the maximum operating temperature results from the addition of the operating temperature and the second temperature which we will now set
after we have set what target temperature I press and hold the button for 5 seconds and the lights start to flash quickly With the same logic as above we press once to go forward and twice to go back from the photo above the third table shows us the temperatures that we can select these temperatures are added to the target temperature and the maximum operating temperature is obtained.
As we said above the maximum operating temperature is the temperature at which the fan will operate at full power While the target temperature is the temperature at which the fan will start spinning depending on the first option the fan can turn off when the temperature drops either 2 or 5 degrees below the target temperature
Watch the following video where we explain the operation of this thermostat in more detail.
