Just like every mechanical project, I approached the development of mini250.gr with a spirit of experimentation 🔍

🎥 I uploaded as many videos as possible to generate engagement and observe the results...

📊 The Results: Mixed

✅ Tons of communication 💬
✅ Loads of design requests 📐
❌ Very low conversion to sales 💸
😬 The products were too expensive and not competitive
🤯 Most people couldn't understand why 3D printing costs 2–3x more than just buying a spare part

📚 21 Students – A Small Beginning!

💪 Despite everything, 21 people subscribed for €10/month!
🎯 They had passion, will, and the drive to learn!

BUT...

⌛ The weight of management...

🧨 Supporting and replying to members daily was overwhelming
⏱️ I ended up being 1.5 months late in uploading new content
🚪 Result? Members started to drop off...

🐣 A little test during Easter

📉 I paused all content for 2 weeks, to see how the audience would react:
📌 On social media
📌 On the platform
👉 In the end... only the same people kept watching

🔧 I completed all my pending projects!
💻 I started upgrading the platform...

❗ But it was too late. I had already lost 5 students.

🧘‍♂️ The Decision

After a lot of thinking...

🚫 I’m stopping everything else
✅ I’m focusing only on content creation
🔐 I’ve locked the entire platform – Why?

📌 There’s no point in signing up if 90% of the content is free

⚠️ Some people might feel disappointed...
✨ Others might finally take the leap and become real students!
