The Components of the Rover
In this section, we will describe the essential components included in the Rover kit, so you know exactly what you will receive and how to use it.
🔹 The 5 Main Components of the Rover
The Rover consists of five primary components:
1️⃣ Main Body (Front Section) – The front part of the Rover, which houses the Control Tower.
2️⃣ Control Tower – This contains all the electronics required for the Rover's operation, including the Arduino, sensors, communication modules, H-Bridge, batteries, and more.
3️⃣ Rear Section – This determines whether the Rover will have two wheels or a single swivel wheel, depending on the chosen configuration (3x2 or 4x4).
4️⃣ Remote Controller – The controller that allows you to send commands to the Rover for movement and functionality.
5️⃣ FPV System (Optional) – If you have added an FPV camera, you will also receive FPV goggles or an HDMI receiver to view real-time video feed from the Rover.
📌 Additional Components Based on Configuration
Depending on your Rover setup, you can add or remove components to customize it for your needs.
✔️ Wired Operation – The wireless system can be removed, allowing the Rover to be controlled via a base station.
✔️ GPS & Satellite Navigation – A GPS module can be added for autonomous navigation.
✔️ External Batteries – Instead of integrated batteries within the Control Tower, removable batteries and a separate charger can be used.
Regardless of the configuration, the core components of the Rover remain the same, and each part is carefully designed to work seamlessly together.
